| Community Challenge Days It has been many several years since we have done a community challenge but they were one of the best project we have done in the community since it involved dozens of people - especially youth and young adults - in service with a wide variety of community based organizations in Belmopan. Hopefully, we will be able to restart this effort sometime in the future.

NOVEMBER 2006 The Belmopan Community Service Challenge was back in town! On Saturday, November 11, 2006, young committed people from Belmopan and surrounding villages once again vied for the title of “Community Service Champions”. The contest was judged on readiness to work, efficiency, team spirit and courtesy. This time, no less then 150 young people (15 teams of 10) signed up to work. And work they did - through rain and shine.

The 2nd Annual Belmopan Community Service Challenge was held on Saturday, May 27, 2006, organized by the Rotary Club of Belmopan and the George Price Centre for Peace and Development. The Challenge was an overwhelming success as over 70 youths demonstrated strength and character by working diligently in a united effort for seven worthy causes.
